Employment Opportunities at Cable Bay We are looking for skilled and motivated Chefs and Front of House staff for our award winning winery restaurant on Waiheke Island. Cable Bay is a diverse operation and as well as our award winning restaurant, we have a wine bar, a cellar door and capacity to serve functions for up to 120 covers. In the kitchen we require Chefs de Partie, Demi Chefs and Commis Chefs. In the Front of House we are looking for Senior Waiters, Junior Waiters and Runners. Pay rates are negotiable. Work will commence early September 2011 and continue through the Rugby World Cup and summer season until Easter 2012.
