FIRESIDE DINNER with JOHN HAWKESBY

Neighbouring raconteur John Hawkesby is joining us for another fantastic series of three evenings of great food matched with wines from Cable Bay and the world.  Join us by the roaring fire as we enjoy the best of Italy, South Africa and Argentina.

Will Thorpe and his kitchen team, led by Head Chef Samuel Clark, have designed 4 course menus highlighting some classic dishes from each country.  John and the Cable Bay team will select wines from Cable Bay and the respective countries to match each course.

In true Hawkesby style this will be a fun education on the wine, food and most likely, John's childhood.

               Friday 3^rd June - The food and wines of the South Africa

               Friday 24^th June - The food and wines of Argentina

Time      6.15pm

Tickets are $115 per person which includes a dinner with matching wines.  Book a table for 10 for just $950.
